A day shaped around your crew.
The Pacific
is calling.
Private sportfishing, island escapes and custom days on the water — departing from Panama City.
From the Canal to island horizons.
First cast or serious pursuit.
NOT A TICKET. A DAY TO REMEMBER.
Chase the right kind
of time.
Shark Tours Panama blends the soul of a local boat day with the energy of a proper fishing charter. Tell us how you want to spend the day — casting, trolling, swimming, grilling, exploring — and we will build around it.
FISHING ROUTES & PRIVATE DAYS
Pick a horizon.
We’ll find the bite.
These are the signature ways to experience Panama from the water. Your captain confirms the best route for the day based on your goals, conditions and local access.
Canal & Gatún Lake
A calm-water escape into the living edge of the Canal — casting, jungle soundscapes and a route unlike anywhere else.
Taboga & Panama Bay
Cast the coast, watch the city disappear and finish the day with island water, a swim or a beach-side pause.
Las Perlas Run
For crews who want to go farther: open water, remote island scenery and a full-day Pacific mission.
Custom Private Day
Fishing first, family day, birthday, swim stop, onboard grill or sunset — build the kind of boat day you came to Panama for.
Routes, species and activities are always planned around the weather, season, sea conditions, permits and the day’s safest option.
MEET THE BOAT
Built for the
story after.
Iris is the kind of boat that makes the day feel personal: shade when you need it, space for the rods, a swim ladder for the reset, and room to settle in with your people.
- Fishing-ready deck setup
- Covered cabin and shaded space
- Swim access for island stops
- Onboard grill / catering on request
THE FEEL OF A DAY OUT
Less itinerary.
More instinct.
- 01
Meet the crew
Start at the marina, talk through the day and get settled aboard.
- 02
Run to the water
Head toward the route that fits your plan and the day’s conditions.
- 03
Cast. Troll. Drift.
Fish with purpose, take the photo, and stay open to what the water offers.
- 04
Make it yours
A swim, a grill, an island stop or one last cast before the run home.
FROM THE DECK
The catch is
only half of it.
Big fish make great photos. Good boat days make the ones your crew keeps talking about.

PANAMA FISHING GUIDE
The best plan
is the right water.
Panama gives you more than one kind of fishing day. Your captain will help you match the route to your group, the season and the experience you actually want.
GOOD TO KNOW
Plan less.
Ask better.
Every charter is private and tailored. Start with the questions below, then send us your preferred date and kind of day.
Do I need fishing experience?
No. The day can be shaped for first-time anglers, families, experienced crews or a mix of everyone.
Can we fish and still enjoy Taboga or a swim stop?
Yes — tell us how you want to balance fishing, island time, food and swimming, and we will suggest the right route.
What should we bring?
Sun protection, a light layer, anything personal you need and the energy for a proper day outside. Exact trip details are confirmed before departure.
What happens if the weather changes?
Safety comes first. Your captain will review conditions and recommend the safest available option, a new route or a reschedule when needed.
Can we request food or a grill setup?
Ask us about catering and an onboard grill setup when you request your charter so we can plan the day around your group.
START WITH A DATE. WE'LL DO THE REST.
This is your sign
to get offshore.
Tell us your crew size, the day you have in mind and the water you want to see. We’ll help you shape the right private charter.
